Technology is a tool but it can be misused. Lot of undisciplined people out there.

In some ways yes, in a lot of ways…no

I see this too and feel sad. My personal challenge is to go somewhere and forget about the phone. Waiting room? Read a magazine. Restaurant? Talk, look around, enjoy the place. Work? Focus on getting it done. Take along a notebook and pen so I can jot down my ideas if I have to wait.
