Deleted Twitter and Instagram on my phone some weeks ago, and Nostr has been replacing this nicely actually.
Still opportunities to scroll if I want to be lazy, using several clients for whatever I want (read notes, long reads, or Olas).
Just removing “old social media” apps from your pocket is a first good step if you don’t want to delete entire accounts.
At least Facebook is a good example of the sticky power of network effects. Bitcoin has it too.

Agree, but FB still has a billion users or something crazy. Shitty as it and Zuck are, it has real network effects.
