Sure! I'll do the best I can!

Basically Handshake is a Proof of Work blockchain made for the intentions of removing corrupt entities such as the ICANN and other major 'Web' centralized hubs. These companies and such have the capacity to shut down any website at will. And they do.

I think even the TLD (top level domain, the .org, .net, .com 's of the world basically) for .ORG was attempted to be bidded off to highest seller which would have caused huge implications for everyone who rented a .ORG domain. The issue currently is that we don't OWN our domains, we RENT them.

The solution to this in some ways is to rely on a completely decentralized Domain Name System which cuts out all these authoritarian figures. The great thing about Handshake is that I have the TLD .tigs for example. Letting me create (upon proper support and development) my own domain for example. me@tigs :) no .com, no .net and .org - might have some luck having a look around www.namebase.io . This team has been around a while and I would say are early pioneers to the Web3 game.

Not your keys, not your domain; might be the next contentious issue for ownership of cenorship-resistant domains.
