A man has to shake hands firmly and forcefully, automatically ruled out any man who does not know how to shake hands, not knowing how to shake hands or not having the desire to shake hands is a symptom of many things and not exactly good.
reminds me:
sometimes the reason someone wants to shake your hand is that he has a stick in the other hand.
