30 should be a good number these days, even for heavy clients like Amethyst

I'm having 60/minute and I still see often "Maximum concurrent subscription count reached". Can't tell about which client is used though.

Can you filter by Agent? Amethyst writes the app name and version in that header.

Nostr-rs-relay doesn't offer this. I believe most of them may be spammers though
