This makes me wanna stop replying all together and only post notes .

Your implying that it’s somehow better to have more replies than notes

And I think this is a useless stat

The least important stat on Nostr

I mean it’s cool to see how many notes and replies and compare the ratio

But don’t shame someone because they have more notes than replies

Not shaming. He made a comment about being called out for not replying. Not sure who started it. I was just pointing out that engagement is why nostr is great. If you’re just posting then it’s your public journal

After I replied to him I realized that it kinda sounded dickish. Wasn’t the intent but that metric is (in my opinion) directly tied to a positive experience of nostr for users. Might be different for influencers. I didn’t look at HODL’s but I’m sure it’s a good ratio.
