One of the main reasons I am interested in homeschooling is the characters that dominate the government school system

I generalise admittedly:

- socialist

- obese

- obedient

- non-entrepreneurial

- memorisation-maxis

- diversity over skill

The sad part: many of them went into teaching to “help”, so have warm hearts, and good intentions, but as we know “just following orders” is not justification for human action, and the trend coming from fiat funded “education” departments is clear

With young kids we’re at the very start of the process, so interesting to see where it takes us

Ultimately, if your children are your most important asset, why outsource their upbringing at their expense? The ROI doesn’t make sense
