Exactly that's my point about travelling to the future 🌝 If the future is good then nothing you do in the present should change that outcome because you will just be you, although yes I agree there would be years of overthinking to ensure you get there like that haha (I wouldn't travel 20 yrs though, maybe max. 5). But if I see I haven't learnt anything of what I should have learnt (considering the real present) then I will be able to at least try and change that supposed future or see where I should focus to grow myself further.

In regards to changing the future, passed the moment you travel, I totally agree also any small alteration may change it but, although it wouldn't be my intention at all, I wouldn't mind either cause then you come back in the present which isn't affected by a change in a potential future yet 🌝

Do you think travelling to the past would help you understand things better about yourself?

I don't know, because I also would prefer not to know before where I am heading to. My mind works about thinking always on different and various scenarios and elaborating their possible outcomes intuitivly following my perception and analysing the present through a process of past experiences.. and probably that's why I would like more to visit the past, and yes as you said, i think would help me understand things better about the present me, since I could make a comparison about I had react in the past, determined by how I had reacted amd felt at the time, and the 'present me', so I could evaluate the progress also (if there are in first place), so I could change the trajectory, or adjust it, to the purpose of creating a future where I am more comfortable and at peace with myself.
