Just wanted to clarify - nostr.wine is free to read from, but for your posts to appear on the relay you need to pay the one time admission (write) fee.
filter.nostr.wine has a monthly subscription because it is a lot more resource intensive than a normal relay, see here for more info: https://docs.nostr.wine/filter/readme
