Entirely possible he is sending out multiple signals in order to not be predicable in some of his actions. I'm hopeful about the Bitcoin Reserve, but on the fence if it'll happen.

The important thing to me is that he actually said he would do it on a public platform, pushing the Game Theory of Nation State adoption further.

It don't matter if he actually does it, other countries think he will and they are speeding up their timelines. My two cents.
