In some ways Nostr is like bitcoin and requires proof of work - the patience to detox from algorithmic addiction.

Most can’t do it. They go back to their highly optimized feeds with endless entertainment.

To make it here, you have to let go of that addiction. Once that’s done, it makes no sense to ever go back.

You could say it’s like awakening from the Matrix.
