“Newsmax is pleased to announce it has resolved the litigation brought by Smartmatic through a confidential settlement,” the network said in a Thursday statement, according to CNN.

As of now, the terms of the settlement aren't publicly known.

If Newsmax had gone to trial and lost, (You Can’t Lose, it’s a FACT) the network could have had to pay Smartmatic millions of dollars.

This is one of the several lawsuits related to claims about the 2020 election being stolen from former President Donald Trump.

Fox News settled its lawsuit with Dominion for $787 million in 2023.

So let me get this straight.

We have a company that has been known to run their electronic voting machines with casino grade algorithmic electronics capable of wirelessly connecting to the internet used as an election cheating machine.

And media companies that we probably know are an affiliate of the 5 major media gangsters.

Aren't they like on the same team? Almost sounds like a padding of some funds.

Besides, did you really think they would expose their cheating game if they can judge shop?

Why do you think Obama left open over 200 federal judge positions when he left office? He was expecting Hillary to fill them.
