Living in Colorado, I hate being on the wrong side of this trade...felt great to at least contribute to a popular vote win this year (and I do live in a red county...like most people in the US, actually).

Agreed...those mountains make me smile every day...the policy decisions, umm, not so much.
I worked there for a month and drove all around the state. Loved what I saw. That was in the mid 90s and the locals were not happy with all the transplants coming in from the west.
And I was one of the transplants (didn't get here until 2000)...by way of Texas, South Carolina, and Seattle. But I kept my conservative, common-sense, respectful values wherever I moved.
