Houses are shitcoins that only work as an asset because of all the fucked up tax benefits that go with it. Outside of that they are money pits of constant repairs.

Bitcoin has a funny habit of making me think deeply about what I do and don’t want to own, I used to think it would be great to have a few properties, now I’m processing what aspects of a stable home for my kids are important without having to be in anyone place.

The hassle of rentals doesn’t interest me, I’d rather buy #bitcoin.
I’m sure I’ll buy a house at some point but it’ll be for cash, and somewhere where I’m comfortable spending chunks of my retirement between travelling.

It's been slowly dying for 2 years but I haven't replaced it because bitcoin.
New one arrived today. Almost the same model, so all the fittings matched. I connected it up & it works.
Hoping to fix the AC on my car soon (waiting for a new condenser & hose).
