Deffenently a winn for his freedom, he earned it for sure, he fought so long for freedom of speech, he did his best, but he suffered a lot and didn't get enough attention/support from the press

The deal he took isn't a win for freedom of speach, but he made the right thing IMO, not his responsibility anymore
