Onions should be raw thin slices. And add some green onions. One of my favorite soups. Squeeze of fresh lime
Juice too. Also had for dinner tonight.
My wife doesn’t like big onions lol. But yes I like that too.
Mine is Vietnamese, so I’m a purist. lol
