Honestly hydrate first thing you wake up. Use electrolytes or quality salt, maybe a little apple cider vinegar. No sugars.

Just this keeps energy levels up throughout the day. Good for the body and mind.

Yes. I do that already. Before shower it's big water time. Sometimes just water, sometimes with lemon or natron or olive oil. Will read about vinegar 👍.

I’m curious about natron and olive oil, haven’t tried that. Lemon will have a similar effect as the ACV. The acidity can get functions up for digestion and absorption of the liquid from what I’ve heard.
