This is something I expect from Myanmar not Cambodia
Footage released this morning shows a BM-21 “Grad” multiple-launch rocket system operated by the Royal Cambodian Army firing at Thai Army positions along the Cambodia–Thailand border.

Tensions flared over a disputed border area. Cambodia claims Thailand used heavy weapons and crossed into its territory, which led to retaliation. Definitely unexpected.
