True

You’re old.

😂

When was the last time you received a letter by post Mike?

An actual letter from someone you know that was just a letter?

I’ve never received such a letter BTW.

I’ve received emails but the last one was probably 2004 or 2005.

I’m asking your Boomer opinion on actual post.

You’d need to ask a boomer, I’m Gen X

Boomer / GenX - same thing at this point.

Sorry mate, I don’t make the rules. The Zoomers do and they hate everyone for the world they’ve inherited..

Tell that to my Boomer grandfather 😂

Get him on #nostr and I’ll happily shit in his cornflakes brother.

I’ll stop by his grave and suggest that at the weekend 😂

Can I send you some cornflakes and milk to shit into and bring to his grave this weekend?

I was thinking flowers myself 😂

Flowers is boring.

How many graves you see with a bowl of shitty cornflakes on them?

Someone has to start the trend..

In China a lot, it is traditional to make food for your ancestors.

Chinese shit in their ancestral offerings?!

If they haven't got time to pop by the supermarket 😂

Sorry grandpa, fossick through this shit to help you in the afterlife 😂🤣

Watch out or you'll find out what the difference is... 😂

Boomers were domesticated, we weren't.

Oh & we know how to break all those toys... we don't actually need them...

A letter?

Probably never 😂

My father in law still sends postcards from holidays, does that count?

No, postcards don’t count. I remember spending a lot of time on postcards in 2007/08 holidays.

That was the last relic of the Post I used.

If you have never received a letter then imagine what people younger than you have as experience with the Post.

Why are we still subsidising this bullshit?

I no longer have a printer.

Twice a year we go on cruise holidays. You are expected to print off your own luggage labels.

Luckily my wife’s office still has a printer.

Soon, we’re going to have a problem going on cruises.

I’ve been scouring Amazon for epaper luggage labels to no joy.
