That's what bothers me the most about this situation. It's not just Samourai, it's an attack on the first amendment.

They are banning code(By the way, TikTok is also getting banned)

They are trying to extradite a journalist for doing journalism.

We still have the right to redress our grievances, but they don't listen.

What's next?

Establishment of a religion?

Freedom of assembly?

First amendment is just a piece of paper. It does not actually mean anything. It gets broken all the time.

It's as dead as animal skin.

I think a hard and fast rules are good. For example bitcoin has hard and fast rules.

Religion incorporated long ago in 1776 and came to fruition some years after.

You have religious symbols and ceremonies, holy books, and high people.
