The lessons of history tell us that the essence of life is "life is competition". The speed of modern information dissemination determines that technological innovation will not be owned by a few people or countries. It will not be possible to reproduce the situation in which a few countries mastered advanced productive forces and dominated the world during the Industrial Revolution. Technology changes productivity, productivity changes the way wealth is distributed, and the way wealth is distributed changes the political system.
