All good. They've used the #introductions hashtag three times so far: once in August 2024, and now twice in September. No judgment; maybe they feel the need to introduce themselves multiple times, or maybe they just wanted to flesh it out. This time, there are more details.

Who knows? Some people take issue with people using the introductions hashtag in multiple posts, I don't. I'm not here to police how people Nostr. Just saying, they're not new here.
