Disconnect from that relay.
Write a bot that automatically sends a spam report on all relays if a new profile pops up.
Remove the relays you both use if its a whole list ,mute your best bet
Remowing the relay as a whole is not necessary. Android clients as Amethyst and it's forks like Onyx do allow to switch of global from that particular relay and you can still keep your follows and followers from that same relay.
Thanks for clearing up that nuance i was under the assumption it was a toggle to what you personally see, but whould still be seen by others
