Um… this is a very weird and a very wrong statement. There is no greater problem in a representative system than unreliable elections. it is foundational.

I could make a list of things wrong with said "representative system". Writing a name in a paper and making sure no one messes with it is the least of then.
Do you sincerely and honestly believe that people would have ability to change course, if we had a hypothetical perfectly reliable election system?
