I'm working on a PR for it. I ♥️ this NIP. It's such a big step, referring to parts of notes.
I don't think anyone sees the potential, but it's going to be one of the core NIPs.

I don't know. I don't really understand it, I just know it'd be awesome.
well, it's an annotation, so it belongs as a label, IMO
i personally would like to see a heap of NIPs merged together and one of the numbers deleted
like NIP-4 and NIP-44 - 44 is a joke that almost nobody has taken seriously and it's redundant, it could have been a mod on NIP-4
and i hate these fucking names, IMO there needs to be work done to create a proper architecture map of the protocol so we stop sounding like communist bureaucrats
