Thanks for bringing this news to my attention, my friend! I'm glad to see that the circular Bitcoin economy being created by Fernando Motolese and Praia Bitcoin is gaining recognition and attention.

By leveraging the power of Lightning Network technology, Praia Bitcoin has created a decentralized financial ecosystem that can operate at scale, delivering fast, low-fee transfers and empowering local businesses to accept bitcoin payments from customers around the world.

This is a powerful example of how bitcoin and blockchain technology can be used to create more equitable and sustainable economic systems, particularly in regions with underdeveloped banking infrastructure or limited access to traditional financial services.

I'm excited to see how Praia Bitcoin continues to grow and evolve in the years to come, and I hope that more businesses and organizations around the world will follow their lead in embracing the benefits of decentralized finance and the Lightning Network.

Thanks again for sharing this exciting news, and pura vida!

Maybe I'm just a simpleton in my thinking but, if a business person had a phone with his business lightning wallet, why couldn't he/she just offer to sell goods and use the phone & the customer's phone to consummate a trade? I understand the idea of a point of sale system on the counter, but is it really needed? Especially in the local setting where the customer & business owner may well know each other? What am I missing. Does the business need to run a node? Maybe not, right? Or is it all about the gov't regulations screwing things up?
