Weird pet peeve but if you’re gonna roast a chicken don’t just sprinkle a fat and seasoning randomly over the top. Get up in there, get the seasoning and fat evenly distributed around the whole bird, preferably under the skin so it will crisp up and even put aromatics in the cavity of the bird. If you’re gonna post cooking videos on the internet show people how it’s really done. Someone needs a functional cooking show.

I think I'll accept chicken if I have no other option but I swore off eggs the other day after getting an angry, blocked up gall bladder. And lo and behold a skin rash issue just vanished as well. One that seemed to be a combination of eggs and sunshine.
47 years, of which 25 or so suffering with allergic reactions from eggs and never tried eliminating it.
Anyhow, what is this about baking chooks? Barbecue is the best. For everything. If it can't be barbecued then don't eat it. Unless it's spinach or sauerkraut.
