A homeless person losing their mind on drugs ran into the coffee shop with a pocket knife while we were there. He came running in screaming I’m on drugs, I don’t know what’s going on, please help.

Fortunately he was not violent and put the knife down while the barista got him water. My gf and I calmly got up and left the shop and immediately called 911 to get help. The homeless and drug issue in Austin is out of control. We need safe cities.
