As an idiotic marketing freak, this sort of ad got my attention because it completely destroys my initially good impression on Bluesky (as a social media).

The reason I noticed Bluesky was due its boldly aggressive slogan “The Replacement of Twitter”. However, ever since its brand icon change from Bluesky to Butterfly confused me, then this ad just completely ruined all my positive feeling on it.

Not quite sure why the animated figure in the picture wearing a hat that indicates directly and bluntly to US citizens, aren’t Bluesky an American company? Is this the right way to mock its original country? Ok, if it’s all about free speech, then my next question is “Is Bluesky indicating that all trolls are just Americans? 🤦‍♀️, Geeze, Come on, Bluesky, what makes you hate Americans so much? Don’t you have employees from US? Secondly, as a social media, you seemingly indicate people with tattoo are all trolls? 🤦‍♀️ Come on, Bluesky, Are you trying to pick up a war against the whole tattoo industry? And if trying to understand it better, people who wear sleeveless shirt or men with beard are all trolls? Geeze 🤦‍♀️

Somehow, as I know men with beard are also quite attractive for many women. 🤤

Finally

Hey Bluesky, who are your favorite users pls? Are you using your brand to categorize or sort people out with like and unlike basing on your bias? How’s it works for a social media to be popular pls?

As a startup, are you sure you could get more fund for its sustainable growth?

Wait a minute, basing on your “Trolls Marketing” I wonder whether it has a future sincerely. 😳

Since the interesting marketing strategy of Bluesky mentioned in my last post, my stupidity led me inevitably towards the initial starting stage of Twitter. Not quite sure how Twitter marketed its prosperity back then to its early stage investors.

I wonder if Bluesky is following every step Twitter ever taken in growing process. Even though Twitter gained some sort of popularity but seemingly its financial performance wasn’t good as expected by most of its investors.

Jack Dorsey might have some talents in tech innovation as a nerd but indeed his poor expertise in business also revealed through all these years records. So, due to my shallow knowledge of investing, I wonder who endorsed Jack Dorsey in the early stage that seemingly caused a trap for investors.

Could anyone give me a hint due to my stupidity and idiocy to comprehend it?
