From where I stand if I mutually fell in love with a compatible man committed to the path of mature love, who wanted to make babies and it happens fairly soon he and I may have daughter(s) or son(s) who are in their late 30ies in 40 years from now. It's very possible we could also have grandchildren too.

It's also possible none of that plays out that way. It is a potential path however.
