She'd be very effective in further cratering Germany's reputation with the Global Majority at the UN. I personally would enjoy feeling some schadenfreude looking on at her antics in such an arena but yeah, would be tough for intelligent Germans.
Yeah she is a disaster for Germany, but like Ursula, a stupid bitch like her can do damage beyond Germany in such positions.
She certainly did massive damage outside Germany while she was Germany's FM, but can she do damage at the UN ?
I think a lot less, and mostly to Germany's reputation.
