At the end of the 2024, I smash bought in at $107k using all of my cash savings. At the time we were pumping and it felt as if we were going to the moon. 😂 Stay Humble 🤦🏼‍♂️ is the lesson learned.

What I found hardest is that the price immediately came back down, it was actually not having a DCA. I felt I was missing all the dips with no cash on hand. So I’ve reverted and now direct deposit in cash then restarted the DCA.

I love waking up every morning to a notification that my purchase went through. I love buying every dip. I love moving farther from zero every day. DCA-ing makes the price nearly irrelevant and that is freeing.

Anyone else find comfort in the DCA strategy?
