What’s your take on VCs moving out from the US into bitcoin friendly (if we can say so) jurisdictions?

VCs really not affected the same way as business operators

They have to. The only way bitcoin can win is if it allows a jurisdiction to thrive outside of the US.

VC money doesn't care about jurisdictions. They're only for us peasants to abide by. Money chases profits. Doesn't care who or where, just how much.
