I never passed it, I'm pretty sure it just broke down overtime in my kidney but even not passing it is horribly painful

Sounds like you are a rock collector, sorry, I know that hurts horribly and one moment you are perfectly fine and the next you are vomiting in pain, at least I was.
Iβm pretty tolerant of any pain so i was okay until it finally left the kidney thatβs when I couldnβt handle it n needed the pain killers
I'm pretty tolerant that pain now but not at first, at first it was horrific. After a year or so I started being like oh, yeah it hurts like normal surprise surprise lol.
