#31days 2mi lite ruck with only 20lb. Came home did 15 flights of stairs, pull ups, burpee, pushups with the 20lb. Thought I was going to stroke out lol. I have to push myself harder.

I slipped and started eating crappy foods out of stress and convenience and haven't been active. This has knocked me back a bit. I'll push through it though.
