People believe they ‘missed’ Bitcoin because they’re stuck thinking in fiat terms.

The problem with this way of thinking is it presumes a fiat status quo that continues indefinitely into the future.

Instead, realize that you can acquire ~900 satoshis for a single dollar today, and that the longer you wait to do so, the fewer satoshis per dollar you’ll get. Eventually, Moscow Time will hit midnight, and you won’t be able to convert fiat into sats any longer. This could take decades, but it could also happen overnight sometime soon.
