Confessions:

I once bought 3,000 dollars of a shit coin…

I held it for a year and sold it for a total of 4,000 USD.

I moved the money to bitcoin and have no regrets….

The shitcoin then pumped such that my 3k investment was worth over 1 million dollars (with plenty of liquidity)

The mistake was buying it in the first place.

De verdad te paso eso? Uf 😯 🫣

Yes. It really happened.

Hay que olvidarse 😂 solo pensar en bitcoin ahora

Forgot a long time ago…and I would rather bitcoin succeed than make 1 million on a shit coin.

Bien dicho amigo, yo igual, abandone todas las shitcoins y me enfoco solo en bitcoin

It’s a slippery slope. That’s what draws people back to it and ultimately to wasting their time and money on betting with no interest in the underlying. Wise move by you 🤙

Bitcoin is the revolution

Everything else is a distraction

This happened early in my journey…

Yep i had a smaller version of that,, no regrets too

In 1999 I bought 1,000 shares of Apple stock for less then $1,000

Apple stock split 2-for-1 in the year 2000, so I then held 2,000 shares of AAPL

Sold all my AAPL stock around 2005 for $2.50 per share, just before a stock split 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ve now had two decades of regret.

If I had held steadfast in my original investment…

bought 1,000 shares AAPL (1999)

(2000) 2-for-1 split = 2,000 AAPL

(2005) 2-for-1 split = 4,000 AAPL

(2014) 7-for-1 split = 28,000 AAPL

(2020) 4-for-1 split = 112,000 AAPL

112,000 shares of AAPL in todays value are worth… $19,600,000 🤯

2017 was the year of "10x" trades. You could realistically put in $1k and come out with $1m in 3-4 trades. Except when it all crashed and you were left with nothing lol.
