I know someone in Canada looking to buy real estate in El Salvador because of the Bitcoin friendly laws.

Anyone got insights into how Bitcoin beach is doing? Is there a legit Bitcoin spending economy there? Anyone have recent photos of what is going on there?

It’s thriving! Almost everyone takes Bitcoin and its a nice and quiet place to live, but infrastructure isn’t great. Very important to visit in person before you or your friend make any life-changing decisions

Yes absolutely. But the town still shuts down at sunset and all properties are walled. It will probably never fell as open as a Canadian town, and nobody can guarantee you the situation won’t change. I’m optimistic, though
