❌ Day 109: shoulder got wrecked after I got half my pushups in after holding my kids up around my neck. Tried to do more pushups and it was not gonna happen. I’ll get it back soon because I promised to do a #100aDayTil100k
✅ made up these pushups over the last few days doing a few extra. Listen to your body - Rome wasn’t built in a day.
