When the police association calls me up out of the blue and asks me for money I always tell them:
“well America was built with just a county sheriff and his deputies. We don’t really need police departments… and I already pay their salaries, why would you call me about this?”

You can contest it here. The cop usually never shows up. But it’s a huge waste of time though. And they know this too well
