Totally. You need to use some heat/ice and light massage (myofascia).
Make sure you do some active stretching/warm up before you exercise too. Stick to upper body for a few days to rest it as well. ✌️
it’s been about a week of stretching and massaging, but i haven’t tried heat pads. we’ll see 🤔

Try heat and ice, whichever feels best. That’s not too long yet. If it’s strained it can last weeks
oof. i hope it gets better. i guess overworking my left side to even out with my right side has its shortcomings haha 😅
