As much as I cherish the transition into the new year, I’m always at odds with the pace of Q1.

It’s full speed into award season, and there’s so much emphasis on rinse/repeat ceremonies and procedures rather than real innovation as it relates to how onsite and remote guests experience the ceremonies.
