For me, the story of Sodom is about inhospitality, not homosexuality.

Ezekiel 16:49-50 - "Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy."

Any doubts are clarified from the New Testament and the example of Jesus, how he walked in this world and treated others.
