I'm not going to argue with you because it looks like you are sure about it

But just a quick reminder, espresso is one of the brews that's has less caffeine

Caffeine is delivered only after 19" of contact with water, a normal espresso is Brewed in 25"

If you want for whatever reason stay low on caffeine don't have drip, french press or mocha

The best options would be espresso and aeropress for you ☕🫂💜

Woah really? I’ve always thought of espresso as a concentrated coffee thinking it had more caffeine on an oz-for-oz basis… Can you explain the 19” of contact with water vs 25”?

Caffeine is a substance that only starts it's extraction after 19 seconds of water infusion, so a normal espresso is delivered in 25 seconds it's not time enough to extract all caffeine in the beans.

In the other hand, drip and other methods of brewing take really long periods in comparison, so they extract every last caffeine present in coffee.

If you would like some advice to keep your caffeine with least impact in your body do as follow

- wait for at least half hour for your first cup

- opt for espresso as your go to brew

- don't consume robusta beans always opt for Arábica

- stay away from cold brew
