Good morning nostr, getting an early start since it'll be another very busy day. I think we'll start with venison grinding first, but we still need to cut up some of the larger pieces of meat. I'll be adding some beef fat to make the venison more juicy. Thats the main have-to-do of the day, then after that i can go down the list and see.
