Finnegan's wake

Cool what do you think of it?

I haven’t read it

Hardest thing I've ever read.

Best thing to fall asleep to.

Also reading aloud makes me feel Irish

Off label insomnia Rx

Literally. That she my pot yes. 🤷🏽

I love Orwell 🩷

I am reading a book by Amos Oz,an Israeli writer. Have you heard about him?

I don’t think I have heard of him, I’m reading his Wikipedia article now though

Thanks for sharing

How is the book to you, is he poetic in his writing?

This book I’m reading is quite autobiographical. However, he can be sometimes a bit poetical in some of his statements, I see that mostly, he’s more inclined to talk about history and his life story. You should read Sumchi. It’s really cute. It was the first book I read written by him. ☺️

I’ll check it out

I saw this quote of his on wiki which I found both witty and sad

“If I were to sum up my books in one word, I would say they are about 'families'. If you gave me two words, I would say 'unhappy families'.”

He talks a lot about his family. This is true.
