Everything happens in waves like in nature. If you accept this dynamic you’ll realise there is a reason foe things to slow down sometimes.
TLDR. Don’t beat yourself up unnecessary as long as the gradual change is up, you’re good.
Stay healthy. I have to schedule exercise to stay sane. If I start feeling depressed I know I waited too long. Get after it, man. 💪🙂
