One of the things that I’ve found amazing on my journey of personal development is that doing easy things consistently will give you a hard life.

Whereas doing hard things consistently will give you an easy life.

So take that workout class, go to the retreat you’re eyeing, hire that self-help coach, and have hard conversations with your loved ones.

What’s on the other side will surprise you in the best way.
