The key point that still bothers me about the recent lawsuit against the Internet Archive, is that it was a Southern District of New York case.
The Southern District of New York court is a lawfare weapon for Intelligence Agencies and the Blob. More is going on there. I dont know if it was election related or something else.
It probably has to do with the same reasons they went after Aaron Swartz. Gotta protect the monopolies...
maybe, but my gut says there is a political reason. and i rarely have gut instincts about things like this.
I just simply think they do not like for people to have the ability to access digital history. If one cannot see how and when digital history was changed, they can further control the narrative.
We are going to have to invent a new way to preserve history forever. Something that can't be broken.
