Replying to Avatar optout

My Cashu.me PWA app keeps disappearing from time-to-time. I suspect it's due to some automatic update of the web browser component (vanadium, graphene).

Is this common?

Opening it in the browser shows my sats fortunately (all 800 of them), and I can put it back again to the home screen.
